Simone Manunza was born in Milano, Italy where he studied Jazz Guitar and Arrangements and Composition for Jazz Big Band.
He has been performing as a professional Jazz Musician since 1990 in Milano, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and in the UK, where he has been living since 2012.

Simone Manunza is active in education, teaching guitar, conducting the Jazz Collective for Trafford Music Service and being a teacher in Jazz Camp for Girls 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, organised by JazzNorth.
